Intellectual Property Rights & License

All copyrights, titles, and interests in and to the mockups/digital files belong exclusively to MyBackStudio and are not transferred to the purchaser. Upon purchase, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license is granted for creating derivative images/mockups in accordance with these Terms. No ownership or any right beyond the license to use is acquired.
Prohibited:

(a) reselling or redistributing the files as delivered,

(b) using them as stock/mockup/template,

(c) sublicensing or assigning to third parties,

(d) claiming authorship/ownership of the files,

(e) using them to train AI models,

(f) incorporating the files into a product where they constitute the primary value.

MyBackStudio reserves all rights not expressly granted.

Description & Use of Mockups

Certain MyBackStudio mockup backgrounds are designed to allow easy product placement (e.g., flat shots, surfaces, or scenes with neutral lighting). Other mockups, due to perspective or lighting, may require basic editing or adjustment (such as perspective placement, shadowing, or blending) for optimal integration of the product.
The user is responsible for the final composition and aesthetic presentation of the result. MyBackStudio provides the mockups “as is,” for creative use, without a guarantee of full compatibility with every type of product or visual composition.

MyBackStudio provides the mockups and digital backgrounds “as is,” without any express or implied warranty as to their accuracy, quality, usefulness, or compatibility with any product, platform, or purpose.

MyBackStudio bears no liability for any direct or indirect damage, loss, or cost that may arise from:

-the use or non-use of the mockups,

-the integration of products into them,

-any commercial, advertising, or personal application,

-errors, delays, access interruptions, or loss of files.

The user accepts that responsibility for the proper use, editing, and presentation of the mockups lies solely with them. MyBackStudio does not provide legal, commercial, or artistic guarantees for the final aesthetic or commercial performance of the resulting images.

Returns for Digital Files

Our products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By ticking the relevant checkbox and starting the download, you agree that the provision begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Greek law.
If any file is defective or does not correspond to its description, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
License: non-exclusive, non-transferable, [purpose/terms]. Resale/redistribution is prohibited.

By using the platform, the user unreservedly accepts all of the above terms.
